Tyler Goodell is the Founder and CEO at Everpoint Services, Inc., a renewable energy services company located in Houston, Texas.

Before embarking on this entrepreneurial venture, his career in energy started as a field hand at Sundance Services, a flowback company, and later as a Field Operations Manager at Tenaris Global Services, which manufactures oil company tubular goods in support of the oil and gas industry. Prior to rolling up his sleeves in the energy sector, Tyler was a Junior Analyst at Rogge Global Partners, a London-based fixed-income firm. He was also a Special Operations Forces Army Ranger with the United States Army, an honor shared by a distinct few.

Tyler graduated with a degree in economics from the Fordham College at Lincoln Center at Fordham University and an Executive MBA from Brown University’s IE Business School in Providence, RI and Madrid, Spain. Away from the office, he is an avid World Marathon Majors runner and enjoys tennis.

Candace Wood serves as Chief Operating Officer at Everpoint Services, Inc., bringing more than a decade of renewable energy experience to the organization. Everpoint Services specializes in end-of-life and remediation solutions for renewable energy assets, including full-scale demolition, recycling, decommissioning, and remediation of wind, solar, and battery energy storage system (BESS) assets.

As COO, Candace oversees Everpoint’s operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.

Candace earned a Bachelor of Science in Geosciences (Geophysics) and a Master of Science in Atmospheric Science, along with a Wind Energy Graduate Certificate from Texas Tech University.

She began her career as an owner’s representative on multiple wind farm construction projects across Texas and Oklahoma before moving into the development of utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects across the United States.

Outside of work, Candace enjoys hiking, camping, and storm chasing across the high plains.

James Timmins is Vice President of Engineering at Everpoint Services.

Prior to joining Everpoint, he began his career in the energy industry at ConocoPhillips and later Marathon Oil, where he worked on a variety of upstream projects including onshore development and deepwater exploration (both domestic and international). Most recently, he was the Engineering Manager at Encino Environmental Services, where he worked to develop and commercialize new technologies.

James graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas.

David serves as Chief Financial Officer at Everpoint Services, bringing a unique combination of technical and financial expertise to the organization.

David holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and has extensive experience in project management and cost estimation. Over his 15-year career, David has honed his ability to navigate complex operational challenges while driving financial performance for small business oil and gas service companies and industry leading energy infrastructure owner-operators.

David is dedicated to ensuring Everpoint’s financial health and supporting its mission in the renewable energy sector. Outside of work, David enjoys playing golf, cooking sous vide and spending time with his wife and two young children.
